The core-strengthening program (CSP) is created for you to keep your abs fit. Get your free CSP-membership here and look forward to receive free CSP-lessons. These will be answering questions like:

*How do you keep your stomach fit and healthy?

*How to find your perfect tummy-flattening program?

*How to use pilates exercise in addition to your belly dance routine?

All this will include different new abdominal exercise routines, so that you feel more comfortable and take control of your own core.
